Robert Hültner - Inspector Kajetan and the Koslowski Affair

Munich, 1919: the city is in chaos, with political groups engaged in fighting for power. In the midst of the confusion of that period, the young journalist Meininger disappears, and soon afterwards he is found dead. Inspector Kajetan finds evidence that the journalist was on the trail of a red-hot story: he was researching into the background of the assassination attempt on the life of the Socialist politician Kurt Eisner. Kajetan makes his own way through a conspiracy theory, and is in deadly danger himself, for the police themselves long ago lost their political innocence, and any colleague could turn out to be an informer.
