A murder that divides a whole city

A politician is found dead on the shores of a lake to the south of Leipzig. To begin with it looks like suicide, but clues at the scene of the crime make investigators Hanna Seiler and Milo Novic have their doubts. The dead man's involvement in social issues had made him many enemies, including a building developer with contacts in right-wing circles.

Seiler and Novic quickly find themselves under pressure – even their superior is suddenly against them. Not until it is almost too late do the two detectives realise that behind the scenes far more dangerous powers are pursuing a perfidious plan …

"Exciting! Tatort fans won't be able to put this book down."
