Timofej Karmatskich comes from a family of doctors and is himself a specialist in neurology, senior consultant, and lecturer at the Predtescha Centre for Holistic Alternative Therapies in Moscow. He works in his own practice and regularly holds seminars in Russia, Ukraine and German-speaking countries.
